• License Limitations: Depending on the license purchased (e.g., Single Site or Unlimited Sites), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software.

• Unauthorized Distribution: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or redistribute our products, code, or design assets on any marketplace, public repository, or third-party platform without explicit written consent from us.

• Modifications: You are permitted to make necessary modifications to our products to suit your specific website requirements. However, modified code remains subject to these terms.

3. Custom Development Services

For clients hiring CodexUp for custom engineering projects (e.g., advanced React applications, customized WooCommerce setups, Shopify apps, or performance optimization):

• Scope of Work: The exact deliverables, timelines, and milestones will be governed by a separate project contract signed between CodexUp and the client.

• Payment Terms: Services require payments based on agreed milestones. Failure to fulfill payments may result in the suspension of development or withholding of final project deployment/delivery.

• Code Ownership: Upon project completion and full payment clearance, ownership rights of the custom-built front-end and custom logic will be transferred to the client, unless specified otherwise in the individual contract.

4. Refund Policy

5. User Responsibilities & Account Security
